However, due to the nature of our products related to personal care, hygiene, and beauty, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items

Our team will review your case. If the product is verified as damaged upon delivery, a replacement or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed and processed.
Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery across the UAE (limited-time promotional offer).
However, if you are unavailable at the delivery location when the courier arrives, the order will be returned to us.
If you request the delivery to be re-sent, a re-delivery fee of AED 30 will apply.
